It's always slightly different. There's always a great amount of energy from the instructors and the participants. You are free to pick your own pace but are always encouraged to test your limits. I like that the workouts are planned and I don't need to personally think too much about what muscle groups to work and with which exercises, treadmill blocks are interesting and challenging without being boring and monotonous then throw in those odd OTF Signature challenges every now and then just to keep us on our toes. Good fun!
It was challenging and fun. The amount of calories I was able to burn in that short period of time is going to help me with my fitness goals. I enjoyed that it was a combination of cardio and strength training
Intense workout. The instructors really keep you motivated and get the most out of you (and provide good instruction on proper techniques). Love the real-time visual displays calories, heart rate, etc.
