The science behind the program and exercise and the evidence in how transformational it can be. The Coaches are great and very aware of what everyone is doing and where we each are in our strengths and ability. Awesome good fun as well and I love the rowing machines!
I really like the coaches and encouragement. I appreciate feedback when I am not doing the exercise correctly. I would not push myself this hard in a regular gym. I love that I notice differences in my body and I feel stronger. Although I am older, I can keep up with the exercises at my level. I had 2 total hips and I modify exercises when needed. I also like getting the statistics and splat points after my workout.
i like the interval training on the treadmill and the energy of the instructor. Even though you are in a class with other people, they focus on every person to make sure they are pushing themselves and doing each exercise with correct form.
I like how upbeat the class is, i also like to push myself to get splat points and burn maximum calories. The coaches at Lake Forest are friendly, inviting, and encouraging. I like that the class is guided by a professional trainer to ensure participants are exercising safely and effectively.
