Get in, get out - quick, intense, full body workout. Energetic environment - great music, instructors, and overall positive studio attitude. Variety of class times available - morning, afternoon and night. What's not to love!
Since joining Orangetheory I have seen physical and mental changes in myself! I don't shy away from working out and I hold myself accountable for attending classes. I am the type of person that cannot just go a regular gym and workout since I default to a treadmill and not know if I am truly getting a maximum workout. The staff is amazing & so easy to talk to!! They provide a welcoming environment for questions and recommendations unlike gyms where they were never available for me. I have finally found what works for me and I find myself on vacation checking to see if an Orangetheory is nearby to attend a class!!
The front desk staff are super friendly and accommodating and the trainers are fun, motivating, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I have a PhD in health behavior and and health education so I'm always paying attention to these things!
Orangetheory's workouts are always challenging and fun. The workout is different everyday and the variety is definitely what keeps me interested! The group aspect is also a huge reason why I like Orangetheory. Working out with a group and an energetic coach is awesome! I look forward to everyday I'm at the studio and get to be part of the workouts!
OTF Lake Forest is a great place to workout. All the people from the front to the trainers were great and made me feel welcome. Making sure to get a great workout in while traveling is sometimes difficult but it was definitely made easier by the Lake Forest family.
I love that each workout is a surprise, I love how engaged and enthusiastic the coaches are, I love the feeling of accomplishment during the workout and the endorphins after the workout!! I'm thankful to Orangetheory for making my workouts effective and enjoyable!!
Excellent workout design, coaching, equipment, and facility along with kind, friendly and motivating managers and staff. Science has proven that the design of the OTF workouts are the quickest way to optimum health and staying young. Recently read research that plainly states that it can reverse the age clock. It works! I love OTF. You get in, work hard for an hour, and you're done! Highly recommend!!!
