I enjoy the interaction with the coaches and fluidity of the classes. There is never a boring moment! I am a moderate attendee (8 classes a month) but have shed 15 pounds since I started (September 2016).
Everything! Is the best workout you'll ever do! There's not a single workout in which you feel you didn't accomplish the goal. I always leave the studio thinking: "I can't believe I could run, row or lift more today."
