I would never be able to do a workout like this on my own. The trainers and staff are friendly, efficient and knowledgable. I was nervous about my first workout since I had not worked out in a while (ok years!), but was surprised when I made it through the hour! I'm hooked now and love seeing the results!
I like that the workout is varied so boredom is never an issue. The workouts are quick paced which means the only person you can really focus on is you. The high energy music and encouraging trainers make the 1 hour go by so fast! I like that they give us options to modify for those that are newer and also those who need an extra challenge. Seeing your heart rate on the TV screens keeps you focused on controlled breathing and pushing yourself to the limit without going too far. It also is good to see when you may be able to push harder than you thought possible.
Just show up and get the best core workout every time and not doing the same routine time after time. Plus you have a professional watching you to make sure you execute the exercise properly and don't hurt yourself. A No Brainer, Just Show Up!
I went for my first workout on Sat and what a great workout. The class is a challenge but I can certainly see where the classes will have a major impact for improvement. I like that there is a personal trainer that makes sure that your not over doing it but also doing it correctly. Would recommend this workout to anyone.
