I still wish the music Charles played wasn't so Urban and fit to all types of people. The music is a big part of the class and it can make or break a workout.
I like the motivating coaching and fast pace music as we attacck a constantly changing blend of cardio and floor workouts. It's an encouraging environment for people at all levels of fitness. The staff does a great job of carrying that message and helping everyone maximize their experience while doing a session.
I like that everything is already planned out for me. I like being held accountable for completing the one hour training, I love that aspect of the workout. Mainly because if I was working out on my own and got tired, I totally would not finish my workout.
The staff was very friendly and knowledgable. Instructor Nancy was fabulous! I could not have done an hour workout like this on my own. The group atmosphere keeps you moving and I really enjoyed it! Starting off going 2 x a week, but will be wanting to get to 3 x a week next month.
