I am allowed to work at a pace that conforms to my age and ability and yet encouraged to increase as my abilities improve. I am not afraid of injury because my personal abilities are taken into consideration. I also like that the trainer/coach helps me keep the correct form so that I get the maximum benefit from each workout.
I like the variety of cardio and conditioning excersises for individuals at different levels of health. The staff is helpful and encourages each member to push themselves to achieve more at each exercise in a clean, friendly and welcoming environment.
