The workout is always different and the coaches are great. I am still a beginner and everyone who goes to orange theory is always so friendly and supportive. There is no judgment if you take longer doing exercises which is great!
My workout was AWESOME. I loved the energy and encouragement from my instructors. My first class was with Nancy. I was her priority. She kept checking on me throughout the workout- and showed me how to do the exercises properly. She also encouraged me- saying, "Go [FIRST NAME REMOVED]!" when I felt like I was going to die on the treadmill. My second class was with Byron. He was also great. I liked how he called out the intervals on the running portion-- he'd say, "ok- your last 2 minutes," "30-seconds.." etc.... it helped keep me motivated.
I can't wait to go back next week!
