The workouts are amazing. The only negative feedback I have is regarding the weight loss challenge. In other studios, they actually measured the waist line for more accuracy. I feel like I paid $25 only to be a part of a private and relatively quiet Facebook group. Definitely not worth the $25.
I love that it is a full body workout complete with cardio. There is also a lower pressure if the class is going above your level however you can still remain competitive on the heartrate screen to ensure you get the workout you need.
It's the only workout I've ever stuck with past 3 months. Over the past year, I have seen more changes to my physique with OTF, than with any other workout I've tried, and I've tried them all. My runs are faster, my energy is up, and the workout flies by. I love the music and all the instructors are super motivating.
I love this place... The trainers are amazing. Equipment is immaculate and I love how it's somewhat dark in the room. So relaxing ! The only thing I would change is doing away with any partner workouts. As a single mom, this is my ONLY time to myself and O just like to be responsible for myself for one hour out of the day :).
It wasn't too overwhelming for someone who hadn't exercised in several months. I enjoyed being able to keep a good pace on the treadmill and rowing machines by watching the monitors and keeping my heart rate in the proper zones. The challenge of keeping yourself in the proper zone and earning splat points made it more interesting than a typical exercise class and brings a competition element to it which helps with a little extra motivation.
I liked the smallness of the classes and it has just enough energy for me... I am just starting my journey to good health, but looking forward to getting on a rountine schedule for my needs. Your team leader is great at watching you progress to help get you on point and push into getting results!
