I like the mix of cardio and weights... length of class and timing options are great. The staff and coaches are all very good. I would like to see some form of organization going into the studio... treadmill cards, sign up sheet, etc. I have seen all of these at other studios.
I finally found a workout that I never get bored! Coaches and staff are extremely motivating and helpful in modifying workout/exercises especially when I had orthopedic issue.
So many perks at orangetheory firness....I’ve lost weight/body fat, gained muscle and improved my strength and endurance! I also like scheduling my classes in advance and held accountable for attending! I highly recommend trying it!
the staff and members were amazing and made me feel at home while i was visiting from out of town! glad i took time out of my vacation to stop :) A++
sarah was a great energetic coach and noticed when i was trying to slack during my last few pushes and it made me work harder. after i was glad i did. thank you for making me go the extra mile!

I like the constantly changing classes--especially the team/competition workouts. The instructors at this location are very quick to make observations during class and make individual suggestions and encouragement--they pay attention to each person in the class and watch for opportunities to challenge/caution when appropriate. Theme days, dry-tri events, contests, vendor days, and local charity drives are all excellent ways to keep the experience fresh and not let the routine get...routine. The staff also pays attention to detail...malfunctioning monitors, equipment issues, etc. can get overlooked--but not here. The team at this location does not let the little things slip. I travel to 10-15 different OTF locations in any given year and there is a difference. Well done Lake Norman!!!!......[FIRST NAME REMOVED].
I love it! I think it's a good balance between strength and conditioning. I love that I am pushing myself more than I would on my own. Everyone from the front desk to the trainers are very accommodating and they are always positive. I love looking up at the screen and seeing how many splat points I've earned and the calories I've burned. It's always a mini-competition in my head. Thanks!
I have been very happy with how intense, how varied, and how well executed each OTF class is. I love that when you take a class, you'll see people of all ages and all abilities in the same room.
Everyone has a certain personality type that they respond best to- and there appear to be several solid options at this site in terms of trainers/coaches.
The Head Coach (Sarah) has sold the entire membership to me, simply because she gets more out of me than I want to give, every time. There aren't really any words that would describe how good she is at what she does- but if you ever had a coach in your lifetime that was able to get the most out of you, and if you could take that coach and combine him/her with one of your all time favorite workout songs and motivational words, you would get to experience something like Sarah's classes. By putting together her feedback, personality, knowledge and skill set, and combining them with the well designed workouts, you've created the perfect formula for some of the best workouts of your life, every time.
Your workout formats are excellent, but having a coach that can deliver them in the way that she does, is what makes OTF well worth the monthly investment/membership.
Everyone has a positive attitude, helpful and very friendly! What I liked most about the workout, is the group setting that pushes you to go harder. The coach was amazing and encouraged me throughout the workout and made sure I was in correct form. I'm excited that I had the opportunity to receive a free class that pushed me forward into membership. I am looking forward to my new future of health and fitness at OTF!!
