Heart rate monitor is #1. Sets you apart from other places. I'm not a "strength coach" but have been taught by a few college/professional strength coaches that are some of the most respected in the industry today. So I know enough to make me dangerous and having a science behind it and instructors that can visually see when to push and when to check in with people during there work out is nice. Everyone at this location has been fantastic and already referred 2 people in 2 weeks to get started!
I like that the workouts are different every day. The trainers are awesome and push me to reach new goals. I also like the group dynamic. I'm very competitive and get motivated by the people around me. Long story short, I LOVE OrangeTheoryFitness!
You get a great cardio and strength training workout in an hour and it's tailored to your ability and/or limitations. By reserving a space you are also sure you will have a spot and the class is not overcrowded.
It's a great workout! The diversity of how each workout is structured keeps me motivated to keep coming back for more! I feel like it is an all over body toner and have felt results quickly because of it. It's the fastest 60 minute workout I've ever had!
