Quantifiable, you can see your stats and track progress. The music is rockstar, and music helps! The workouts are hard but organized and thorough. Time flies since you are changing exercise modality and moving around the space. Staff is friendly and helpful, setting and design of space is fun and looks "cool." All around a great time.
Upbeat classes with a great variety of movements and great mix of running, rowing and weights. Awesome instructors who are very motivational and keep the workouts fun. Very polite and helpful front desk staff.
I love the numbers, I might have been satisfied with my workout somewhere else without really getting my heart rate up or burning a good number of calories. Every time I go I work to achieve a good number of splat points, at least 500 calories and a 5K run (that can depend on the type of workout) and I already notice an improved cardio level of fitness. Also love the trainers and the staff, nothing is too much trouble.
It works 👍🏻👍🏻 Coaches, Staff and fellow Oranges very supportive of one another. I gave OTF a 9 only because it is super Expensive and not for those like myself who love the Dance Moves. I have adjusted my head Game 🤓 for sure a No joke workout!!!! Bottom line: it is Orthopedic Approved 💯%
The combination of treadmill, water rower and weights is challenging! I look forward to a different workout each day! The OTF workout complements my other workout and has made me stronger. I went from a 'walker' to a 'jogger' in just a few weeks! I love the ability to monitor my performance. Awesome Coaches who are engaging, pushing you to do your very best and fun! 🍊
