It pushes me every workout to improve and push through what I thought I couldn't do. When I first started, I thought...there is no way I am making it through this workout. Now I look for ways to challenge myself. I have lost 50 lbs since starting going to OTF last July (twice a week) and feel in better shape than I have in over 10 years. I believe that the ability to push through challenges has also translated to other areas of my life. Overall, a great experience that I would recommend to anyone. Tanner is a great instructor. He motivates and challenges and I have even begun to appreciate "Sally."
I like the quality of the workout. The intensity is challenging and exhilarating. The trainers are engaged and invested in the attendees. It is a concern if the quality will be maintained with the newer trainers and how little we see those who have been the stable force of the studio.
