I prefer group exercise. I need the motivation of someone telling me what to do...I will not do it on my own! Plus making me sign up to attend definitely makes me accountable and I will not skip a class once I sign up.
I love how the workouts target the entire body in one hour through quickly changing exercises and give me a high intensity workout. The hour flys by and I've become a stronger, faster, and less injured runner. I love OT!!
I really enjoy the music, the mix of exercises and how quickly the time goes. Tanner is truly the best, he is very motivating, fun and most importantly he makes sure you are executing the exercises correctly, thus avoiding potential injury and as a result you get the most effective workout. My friend from the Surprise location often joins me for his classes at LP, she feels the same way.
