I have never been active or liked working out much at all my whole life. I struggle with self motivation and my weight. Since I have started working out at orange theory I have loved working out and excising. I feel motivated and part of a team instead of feeling lost at a gym wondering what machine to jump on next. I feel challenged and I leave feeling like I got my butt kicked but also feel like I worked at a pace comfortable for me personally. I feel stronger and more confident. I really would recommend orange theory to everyone I know! I am a believer!
The workouts at OTF are all about you. The plan and structure of each workout is the guidelines but no matter your fitness level you can make it as hard or as easy as needed. And the after burn feeling you have for up to two days is what I'm looking for in a workout.
I like that you get in and get out in 1 hour.
I like that I have lost nearly 30 pounds with OT.
I like that the trainers are always friendly and helpful.
I like the Olivia and Jolie at the front desk. I forget the new girl's name...she's nice too.
I like the fact that I am about to turn 59 years old and I don't look it, thanks to OT.
I wish more women and men my age knew how good OT is for them and that it is for EVERYONE!--not just the young kids.
