The coaches and front desk are really nice and respectful. Class is quite enjoyable depending on your coach. My only issue is cancellation policy which is quite ridiculous have to cancel 8 hrs before class🙄

Great workout without having to think about what to do. Just follow the workout given, push when told to and the rest just works out perfectly! And the team members are always so sweet and pleasant. :)
