I love that OT doesn't have the feeling of a typical gym. I don't feel judged by anyone, not even the trainers. I also really like the fact that OT is motivating, because sometimes it's really difficult to motivate myself!
Even though it is a group, I'm not dependent on keeping pace with anyone else. People of all fitness levels can work out together, at the exact same time, and they will each get what they need from it. It is a thorough work out, with a lot of times available for my schedule.
The workouts are always different. I don't have to think about what to do during my workout because a coach is telling me what to do next and making sure that I am giving my best effort and that I am performing the exercise correctly.
