Highly intense work out!!I like how attentive the coaches are to make sure you're using correct form.
You never get board or feel like it's routine because every couple of minutes the exercise changes and that's what keeps you interested.
I never felt self-conscious because everyone is focused on a work-out not gossip
Coaches staff and members are very welcoming
I like the fact they're concerned about you and your goals as well

I love how the workout challenges me and make me push myself! After working out at Orangetheory, I realized when I work out alone I'm not going as hard as I could and Orangetheory helps me push myself beyond the limits I've set in my mind. In class, it's me versus me and I'm pushing my mind and my body to go further and do more. "Outside of your comfort zone is where change happens" and OTF takes me there."
OrangeTheory Fitness-Lakeland has been a worthwhile investment in getting control of my health. The facilities, the people, the workout are all helping me to meet my goals. It isn't cheap to be a member of OTF, but buying a new wardrobe for an increasingly overweight body isn't cheap other. I workout 3-5 times a week. I workout at my pace while still pushing myself to meet the workout goals. This facility is probably one of the best in this region, and it's clean. I'm a bit more ornery when I exercise, not really a talker, just focused on my workout, and I still feel a part of the exercise group. The trainers really know how to engage all the members. Their really cool. The studio does special events such specialty classes, contests, and charitable donations. It's a great place to be if you want to be smart and efficient in meeting your fitness goals.
I like that there is a trainer there pushing you and telling you what to do!!! I also like knowing that I'm working a lot of different muscles! Love having the music too! Feel great about myself when I leave!
I love that the coaches always monitor us and are always willing to show modifications. The coaches are always supportive and push you to do the best that you can. The workouts are effective and everyone is able to do them!
i like how the trainers keep us posted on how we are halfway through a push or i.e. only have 30 seconds left. It keeps you going and makes you feel that you can hang on for that long!! Such good music mixes, and the exercises are different each and every day. The trainers are watchful that we do the exercises properly so no injuries. Kira, Kyle, Debbie-- all are great
