I like that I am pushed but not beyond what I can do at this point. The workouts do push you to do your best but not beyond your ability. I like that they change slightly but it isn't like learning a whole new dance! I like the instructors and the folks running the front office. It is a good feeling to work out so hard and walk out feeling as though I accomplished something good for myself today!
I like the ability to get everything I need - cardio, strength (internal and external), and power in a single-one hour workout three times per week. I love that I'm learning how to gauge (through bio-feedback) how hard I need to push and for how long. I'm getting stronger and more fit every day - not necessarily losing weight (I'm about 15 pounds heavier than I should be) but I'm not disappointed in OTF - just need to adjust my diet. It's also helping my mood/stress levels. The only downside is my travel schedule - OTF not in markets where I travel, so in order to get 12+ workouts per month I end up doing 5+ days back-to-back followed by 7-10 days of nothing. Wish I could purchase a finite number of sessions and use as I'm able throughout the year. Because of this issue, I may need to scale back to 8 times per month for membership instead of unlimited - and add other programs (yoga, Zumba, Spin, etc.) to my workout routine to keep fit/strong.
I like it because it is a workout everyone can do, you can adjust or modify to your needs. It is the best workout I've ever done. I always burn a lot of calories & I always leave feeling so amazing after I do it. It's a workout where I get pushed to do my best and try my hardest. It's one hour and you are done for the day! Is awesome and I always tell everyone about it.
