The feature of Orange Theory Fitness that I most like is that you can monitor your gym and off campus workouts with one app. I also like transferring to three different exercise stations to maximize reaching my blue, green, and orange zones. The gym instructor giving helpful advice during the workout is also a great feature. The hours that the gym is available makes it easy to fit in a session that works around my busy distracted day.
I like that each day is different. The coaches are engaging and make you feel like you aren't working as hard as you really hard. Having the monitor up where you can see how you are doing is great. That way you can see what you are doing and push even harder.
I enjoy the constant variety of the workouts and the group fitness environment. The coaches know everyone by name and are happy to help and answer any questions at any time. The group environment is also motivating and pushes people to challenge themselves each and every workout.
It's so fun. The coaches are super motivational and it's great because you go at your own pace but are always being pushed. I would never be able to work out like this on my own. After 3 months at OTF, I was able to run a half marathon for the first time with the endurance I earned there.
