I love that it works the whole body and cardio in one hour. I love the instructors. I love that almost every class is different and works different parts of the body. I have never had a class/instructor that has not motivated me.
Love the coaches!! Love that it's different everyday and it's only an hour of my day. The science behind OTF is really important and really puts it above any other workout out there. I see results both physically and improvements in my endurance and athleticism.
