The group aspect, and the 3 different parts of the workout make it go quickly. I also know it is the most efficient use of my tine for max calorie burn and metabolism revving.
Tis great but umm the a/c needs turned on. During the 12 min treat it was over 72 degrees and we had to open all three doors. Yesterday it was 71 and I just left halfway through. Not really a fan of being that uncomfortable and not able to preform at my best. Love you guys but the a/c should never go above 65.
Rant over haha, cannot wait to see a change made!
The workouts and coaches, one thing I would like to see more is a variation on the muscle groups. Seems like the same muscle group can be targeted 2-3 days in a row instead of switching.
I love the effectiveness of each workout. I love the coaches’ energy and acceptance. They are so kind and are willing to help out with form while still making you feel great about yourself (:
I love that it incorporates different exercises and intensities. I’ve only had two classes so far and I leave feeling like I got an amazing workout! Coaches have been really nice too.
Coming in HOT and ACCURATE with a 10/10. I love the variety of the Orangetheory workout and it encourages me to do exercises I normally wouldn’t do in my regular weight training. I’m really enjoying the Strength50 classes as well and I love to see them offered every single day.
Studio is always clean which is great and shoutout to Coach Matt, Jon, Autumn and Kit for helping me through a shoulder injury the past couple of months. I truly appreciate their guidance and expertise.
I have completed only three workouts so far, but they have delivered exactly what I have been looking for: a good balance of personal engagement and independence, encouraging coaching with corrections to form when needed and ready availability of the coach for questions and needs for any modifications, fun environment, and variety to keep things moving so the time goes by quickly. Also, I have worked hard each class, and felt energized (and sore) after each class. The times for classes suits my schedule perfectly, too. The one thing that was preventing me from committing was the cost, but luckily I came in during a promotion so I was able to find space in my budget. I honestly do think that the cost (for me) will be one of my motivators because I hate to waste money.
