Love the variety of workouts and coach guided classes. It’s great to have heart rate monitoring as you go to help guide your efforts, know when to push yourself a little harder or perhaps when to back off! I’m not someone who has ever lifted weights on my own or done rowing so I greatly appreciate the opportunity to add these additional elements to my exercise routine. It’s a great program and keeps me motivated to live my best life!
