When the coaches play awesome music with great beats to work out too. Nothing too slow and nothing too hard rock. It really helps. Make the work out amazing.
It’s always a “workout” I’m exhausted after each class and sore the next day! Classes are always challenging for me(58) and make me feel I’ve accomplished a great deal. The coaches are amazing and I love chatting with the employees and members, friendly!
I love Orange Theory! It is the only workout that I actually look forward to. The coaches are very encouraging, the music playlist is upbeat and fun, and the challenges are motivating- I love earning OTF swag! My cousin works out at OTF in Virginia, and it’s been a great way to motivate each other since the workouts are the same. Also, you can’t beat the endorphin rush after a workout- best feeling ever!

The workout is always different, so I don’t get bored. It also covers a lot of different exercises and activities, like tread, rower, weights, TRX, and more. I love the motivation that a coach led class adds to the workout.
I love coming in knowing I'm going to get a great workout that I wont have to think too much about. In addition, all the equipment and guidance I need is right there in the room.
Love the environment, coaches, workouts, motivation and challenges. On the floor workout, I would like to see the muscle group highlighted based on each exercise we do. Example, doing a RDL, the muscle group of hamstrings would be highlighted to show what you are working on.
It is an awesome all-around workout. Coaches are great for giving you advice and pushing you as hard as you want to be pushed. It is like no other gym I’ve ever gone to where everybody is there for each other, and there is absolutely a teamwork atmosphere. I absolutely love OTF and what they have done for me over the years.
