The coaches are extremely knowledgeable in their craft, they show you step by step the proper form and range of movement of how each excercise should be performed , how to control your breathing, how to drive wth your legs or arms to power through, they motivate you to get into the orange zone (to attain the afterburn), they play awesome modern music with a fast beat that
motivate you to exercise harder so that you are essentially stepping to the beat of the music, they make sure the climate is controlled where it’s warm in the beginning and then they jolt up the air later on to facilitate a more rigorous boot camp workout. The coaches and crew at OTF are super supportive and friendly!!!!! I Love It!!!
