I like that the workout is different every time I go. I can't see myself ever getting bored with it! It's hard, very hard... every. Single. Time. And I also like that the trainers are knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and motivating.
I'm obsessed with OTF. I love the workout the trainers the desk staff (especially Rob) and the results. I started out 3 days a week now I'm up to 6. I've lost weight and I feel great! Best workout around. I'm happy to be part of the OTF family.
I like that the workouts are always different, challenging, interesting with no room to slack. I love the idea of having a coach to push us along for a solid hour. The group workout is also a wonderful concept for me. Just when I think I don't have an ounce left, someone in the group pulls it out of me. The "we're all in this together" mentality is one I live by, therefore, it works for me in and outside of the gym.
