I LOVE everything about the work out. Every work out is different and challenging.
I have only worked out with Vicki and Carly and they are both incredible, personable and knowledgeable trainers. I take their 5:00 am class and I am ready to get my day started once it is over!
My girlfriend recommended OT and I have been doing it for 3 months now. 8 sessions a month but I am thinking about going unlimited monthly!
Orange Theory Fitness is the best workout! Each workout is challenging and pushes each individual to accomplish their fitness goals. The trainers are helpful and encouraging while coaching classes. Personal fitness success and reaching goals are acknowleged and often encouraged outside of the studio. The atmosphere of OTF is one of support, encoragement and motivation.
It was fun, and I felt motivated the whole time.
I like how the instructor was involved the whole time and pushed us to do our best.
I also like the heart monitor and how it kept me aware of my performance how it reminded me to push myself if needed.
I really liked the front desk service. She was bubbly at 4:30 in the morning and took care of of me with explaining everything to me.
The class was fun and different and the instructor made sure that I was doing ok during the high tense cardio.
The trainers are not only so motivating but helpful and provide great insight for each individual workout. I love the upbeat music, and it becomes a fun and rewarding workout every time. I always look forward to coming back!
