Love this workout! I have done many bootcamp, gyms and group fitness classes! Orange Theory is my favorite! It's all planned and thought out for you!! All you have to do is show up and give your best!! Trainers are motivating and music is always awesome! Every workout is different and it suits all fitness levels! No matter where you are in your fitness journey, Orange Theory fits everyone!!!!
I love everything about this workout! I find it challenging but I don't have to wonder if I'm getting the right amount of cardio or weight work, the awesome trainers are there to tell you exactly what to do and motivate you through the hour! The studio is lively and fun with a backdrop of great music and it's pretty rewarding when you see that orange up on that screen!
The facility is always clean and the staff and coaches are very friendly! As far as the workouts are concerned, They are tough but they seem safe and proper. I've done cross fit and boot camp exercises and several times I have received an injury during a workout. Also, the workouts are just about right, to where you feel strong enough the next day to come back for another workout!
I love the ease of booking a class and the flow of each instruction. I find it very easy to get in a high intensity workout with very little stress or worry about sharing a machine or not having the right exercises to fit into my time frame. OT just makes it super easy!
It's thorough and intense... I like that the class is always different from the last, never allowing my body to become used to the workouts and always allowing me to push my body for more developments. I like that it's a workout that I would never give myself at a traditional gym--that would be torture!
