I like that the workouts are already planned out by the coaches. All of the coaches are so encouraging and high energy. You can tell they enjoy helping others with their health journey. The music always pumps me up and gets me moving. I highly highly recommend Bar W OTF!
The instructors are really good -- you can work at your own pace, but you feel motivated to push yourself a little more than you might do if you worked out alone or in an unstructured environment. The instructors vary the workouts and they can always recommend an alternative position or exercise if a particular position or exercise isn't comfortable or doable for you. I'm probably the most out-of-shape participant in my classes and I feel great since I've been going to OTF. I'm 59 - the people are all friendly and supportive.
It’s fast paced so the time goes by quickly! The coaches are all wonderful and very encouraging. I feel better than ever and it’s only been a few months!
So far this has been the best Orangetheory I have ever been to.
The staff is super friendly and informative. The coaches really helps you with your goals. They correct you if you ever did any exercise incorrectly. Coaches Kendra, Chris and Amber were great!
I took most of my sessions with Coach Amber as I wanted to stick to one coach where they can monitor your goals. She always pushes you with exercises and teaches on how to do things correctly. I would rate her 10/10.

The coach made me feel welcome and he accommodated the workout to meet my needs. There's a lot of activity going on and it keeps you from noticing the time. I'm looking forward to getting stronger and more fit!
I like the coaches and how they are there for you during the workout. They also motivate you and encourage you to do the best even when the workouts are hard.
