I love everything about it. I am out of condition, but have been going several times a week. I like using the heart rate as a measure of your work because I know I'm working hard, even if I have to bring it back to a walk for parts of the work out. Because the work out changes each time, I am able to complete it despite my sore muscles. The trainers are so positive and motivating that I look forward to going. I know this is going to work for me to get back in shape.
I appreciated the variety of the workout. Also liked seeing my results (calories burned, splat points etc) and knowing immediately what I need to do differently or how I can be more productive in burning unwanted fat.
