a great motivator for one's health and fitness goals. it's an hour where the environment (instructor and classmates) compels one to give it their all. often this type of attitude and drive is hard to obtain in a regular gym setting.
I like it all. I truly enjoy the caring and expert trainers, the music, the ongoing heart rate monitoring through-out class and the variety of tasks performed. All of those factors combine into a great motivation to continuously push myself.
This is the longest program I've ever stuck with and I believe that's fully attributable to the great trainers and the variety of the workouts. I'm never bored, always challenged, and most importantly feel great!
