I like being pushed. I’ve done a great job on my own working out but having a coach push you and come up with different exercises to work different muscles is a plus. Also oddly enough. Love the loud music. Motivational.
My favorite thing(s) about OTF is everything… the workout is amazing. The coaches are awesome and really help with correct form and making sure you’re pushing yourself out of your comfort zone. The staff are incredible and always willing to help. Been a member for 7 years and I’ve never looked back!!
It is fast paced and every single time I leave, I feel great. It is a great way to improve your health, body, mind, and soul. I enjoy how the trainers motivate me and keep the workouts different. They are also very community minded. Encouraging others to encourage community. It is competitive in the sense that you are competing against yourself and not others. Very different from other gyms that I have worked out.
The variety of the workout is good. The hour seems to go fairly fast. My instructors (Angie and Carla) are very knowledgeable and very engaged during the workouts. Kelly at the front desk is also very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and very easy to work with.
I love that is different every day. The coaches are great and really try to make sure they get to know each person in the room. I feel like I am in the best shape I have been in since my 30s (know 50).
