I liked the variety of moving from the different stations, I enjoyed the music, and I really like being able to see on the monitors where I am at so that I can either control my breath better, or kick up the intensity a bit.
OT is always a great work out. If you're tired or sore you can always scale back throughout the work out and still walk out burning at least 400 calories. Some work outs are better than others depending on your strengths and weaknesses but overall, it always feels great to go and finish a work out!
I absolutely love pushing myself every single time I workout and watching myself get better with every class. The transformation challenge has really given me the motivation I needed to get fit and reach my fitness goals.
