I love orange theory it’s a great stress reliever and helps me focus throughout my day! I love being able to get a quick workout and get out.
The instructors are amazing! I love Britt & Brandi. I also think Hanna is amazing and the manager here is great!
OTF holds me accountable! Each and every time I’m there, I feel inspired to give my best effort, much due to the coaches and the other members. I can compete with myself while supporting and receiving support from others. On top of that, the workouts are always challenging, but do-able, burning 500+ calories every. single. class. I feel myself getting stronger and have stopped jumping on the scale every day wondering if I’ve lost weight. I’ve changed my mindset and focus on getting leaner and stronger, without being so worried about the number on the scale. Overall, OTF has made me stronger mentally and physically, and have built a confidence I truly didn’t have before.
What’s not to like? I could never push myself this hard in the gym by myself! I love that I just have to show up and put in the effort- I don’t have to plan a workout, decide what body parts to work each day...OTF does it for me!
Aside from the great workouts, the coaches and members make it feel like you’re working out with friends and fam! Some days you just need a few good laughs and positive vibes from good people- I get it all at OTF.
