I like that that the classes are offered all day everyday. I like to hear good music, the workout makes me feel like i have worjed out mot just played around . I dont like the switching back and for from the tread to rower..thoses clases stress me out.

Everyday is different. The trainers are amazing and will not hesitate to point out your form is off. This helps reduce the risk of injury and also helps improve performance.

I love the workouts, but I also enjoy the people I have met along the way. I have been a member at West Plano since they opened. Over the past year, I have been a bit "nomadic" and workout at 3 locations so that I can go to the BEST coaches. There are several that I don't like, and unfortunately, they have been moved into the class times that work best for me. Debbie Breihan is hands down the best coach that OTF has. I will drive to any location to workout with her! I enjoy Gina as well, but unfortunately, she is not teaching as many classes as she used to. Those two ladies are the only 2 that I really enjoy. Without them, I might lose interest and try something else!

The intensity and different workouts. Really like the run - row format. The days where we stay on the treadmill for 25-30 min. are my least favorite. One suggestion - the trainers need to do their best to remember the regulars name...and push them to improve. Personally I like a little push and if the trainer knows my name and performance, then they can encourage improvement. Also, the trainers should note the ones pushing hard and encourage a little competition. I do this on my own by picking out someone on the board that I know works hard and then I try and keep pace on Splat Points and calories. Would be fun to have the trainers notice this and create some competition. A great motivator!

It's effective and efficient. It's the best possible way to spend an exercising. You get everything you need and then get on with your life! The coaches are also motivational and helpful. I truly love this concept and workout.
