I like the people/coaches and their ability to encourage and challenge at the same time. I like that it is for the most part always different in terms of routine. I love the music, which for me is an important part of any cardio. Mostly, I love that when I finish a workout, I feel like I have achieved a true workout.
I like that each workout is different and that there's a mix of cardio and strength training. I love that the trainers are always encouraging us to do better and are there to answer any questions we may have about the workout.

I consider myself a "go-getter" in every aspect of my life...EXCEPT working out. If I am left to my own devices, I will spend 45 mins on the treadmill, at the same pace, at the same incline and call it good. Orangetheory Lexington pushes my limits and gets me outside of my comfort zone with a full body workout within the convenient time frame of 1 hour! I am hitting goals that I never thought I would be able to do and I actually have some definition in my arms (thank you weight floor!) I love my Orangetheory time and shout its praises to my friends and family...thank you Orangetheory!

I like the fact that every workout is different. When I go to the gym on my own, I tend to get into a rut and I often ignore focus only on cardio and ignore strength training. Your workout makes sure I don't do that.
