The OTF workout covers all essential areas: aerobics, strength, endurance. I am an older woman, who was in poor overall condition and slightly overweight when I began the program. The coaches are in tune with all of us, and have helped me tailor my program to suit my needs and limitations, as I go. The main thing is that it is fun, and personally rewarding! The staff is amazing, friendly and interested in our success too! The best part, personally, is that I have lost 10 pounds and starting to notice the changes in my body - all positive! Thank you!
