I like that it changes each time and that my trainer shows an interest in me. Their enthusiasm motivates me to try harder. I also appreciate the many available workout class times that allow me to work it into my busy schedule
My home studio is in NC but I was visiting family there so I enjoyed coming to class 2 times over Thanksgiving. I've been going to OTF since January 2015, averaging 4 or 5 days/week. I've never been so strong and I sleep better on days when I go to class. I love that I just have to show up and try to do my best and I don't have to think about what I should be doing. I would never make myself work this hard at home so I'm addicted to OTF :)
I like that it is different every day and that there is a purpose behind each exercise... we are training our bodies for endurance, strength, or power. I like that I can be in my own head and not have to talk to anyone while working out, just focus on what I came to the gym for. Group fitness classes that becomes group workouts doesn't work well for people that need that hour to be their own time, and that is what makes this work for me, I am in a room with other people, but can still just be in my own head.
I love the OT concept and nice to have them around the country. Lexington lived up to the expectations of the other locations I have visited. Would be nice if the various OT locations could communicate so I can book on line and not have to fill out information each time. Every other industry does it that has individual/franchise ownership... Hotels, restaurants, etc
