The coaches, the music, the equipment! It’s not intimidating at all, everyone is at different levels of fitness so you feed off the energy of your neighbor!

I love the workouts - I know my heart rate is up and I am getting a great all around workout when I am there. The coaches are mostly great but I won’t take D’Anjalo’s classes bc he basically insulted me when he asked me why I pronounced my name weird- when I was really just saying it how it is supposed to be said. One of the very first classes I tried he asked me if I was a runner, jogger or walker and I really didn’t understand the class at the time so I was confused at his question and instead of taking the time to explain why he was asking that question he said “well just pick one” which I also thought was pretty unnecessary. So now I just avoid his classes all together. The other 3 I think are great coaches and trying hard to push and motivate people to be their best selves.

I love that it is a group atmosphere and is it's one huge community. Everyone works hard and becuase of the setup it's easy to hold yourself accountable, while also the person next to you! We truly have the best coaches who want to know your goals and ambitions to help push you to be the best and feel the best you can be!

The workout was great!!! The best thing is having the most friendliest, professional and patient staff to help me on my weight loss journey. I would recommend everyone try Orange Theory out. The music keeps you hype, the patrons are just as cool and most of all you feel great when you walk out of the door. This was the best decision for me to get toned and in shape 2024. A special shout out to Mrs. Becky and Mr. Ben for helping me get started!!!

I love being able to listen to music while I’m working out, and having coaches that really do pay attention to what you are doing and push you to go further and challenge yourself. Having such positive people all around really helps keep me motivated to commit every day to working out. I have made some great friends and I feel better mentally and physically.

Great workout with a trainer on board!

I really enjoy the group workouts and how interactive they are with the coaches. Everybody is rooting for each other and helping each other to be better. Also so much patience and understanding with new members and help from coaches when you don’t know how to do an exercise.

I love showing up and not having to think yet knowing I will get a killer workout. Also, Bridget is an amazing coach who really engages with everyone throughout the workout making it easier to get through the tough moments. Ben is also very good at chiming in with some motivation when things start to get uncomfortable.

The Liberty location is great. The coaching is excellent and the staff is helpful and friendly. Facility is clean, etc. However it is frustrating that corporate is pushing these strength classes so frequently lately. I wonder if this is going to be the new thing or if they are just trying it out. I’m sure some people have asked for more lifting so I get that. I have been a member since 2019 and have never had complaints because the workouts are exactly what I like and the reason I pay for a membership. I like using the treadmill and rower which are not utilized in the strength classes. It’s fine if they add an additional class for people who want it, but it’s frustrating when a 5am class that you always go to randomly switches to a strength class (especially if it replaces a signature workout you enjoy) and 5am is your only time option. It’s not that I am against new things. Repeating templates each month for example or the different dj playlists that went along with the workout or whatever that was … those are minor changes/updates which are understandable. But completely changing the format of the class and not allowing people to use the treadmill and rower, that’s irritating. Again, Liberty location is 5/5; can’t say enough good things about this specific location. I have recommended it to many friends and colleagues. On my recommendation my sister-in law joined a couple of months ago. Liberty gym is 10/10. Corporate mandated strength classes 2/10.

Reminds me of the workouts we did for PT in the Army
