The coach guided templates where I don’t have to worry or think about what I need to do. Each workout is pretty much different and they bring their own unique challenges which keeps it interesting. Also, I like the different challenges and benchmarks that are planned randomly. These are great ways to test and measure your individual progress.
It's exactly what I needed. The organized exercises and the discipline of showing up and completing a full workout is great for someone who struggles with finding a good workout routine. Being part of a group is much better than going it solo and I recommend it.
The most productive hour of my day, from a physical and mental standpoint. I love that I have a personal coach telling me what I need to do in order to get a workout and where I need my HR to be in order to get maximum results! Love OTF!
