Orange theory workouts push me harder than I would push myself at a gym. The staff pay close attention to your heart rate, form, and more all while encouraging you to do your best in a safe manner. I have really enjoyed being a part of the Orange Theory community. I have been working out at the gym for a long time, but have never felt better while doing unlimited Orange Theory workouts!
I love the music and the fact that I can look on the screen and pace myself for my zones. I can slow down, push harder. It is so different than going somewhere to workout where you just do what you think is hard enough and then wonder...did I overdo it, did I not do enough?
I like the motivation from the trainer and someone there to support me. I also like that there is a group and you feel like you are all a team trying get all you can out of the session.
