Where to start? The workouts change enough to keep you interested. The intervals are short enough that you don't get bored. The trainer's are extremely motivated and very professional.
Overall, it keeps me working out..... and I HATE working out!
But, I really like Orange Theory!
It's a different and challenging workout every single time. The hour flies by and I burn way more calories than I would working out by myself. The instructors keep the transitions on point, and are motivating throughout the class.
It challenging and makes me sweat! I really like the instructors and the motivation they give me. You feel like your getting one on one training in a group atmosphere. I really like the workout and see a difference in my strength. Love love love the orange!
