fast paced, challenging, I needed a change from my old bootcamp workout, high intensity with no time to slack off, burn lots of calories in one hour, the place is convenient for me with the perfect timeframe, the Music was great as well--huge motivation for me.

I like how it challenges me esp with the use of heart monitoring. The class routine is constantly changing so the time goes by quickly. This is a different type of workout and I just love the results...I'm seeing changes and results already. Big plus that strength training routine is included.

It's a great total body strength/cardio workout! Like the format, and being able to see my heart rate. Instructors are great, glad they don't "call me out" if my heart rate is not in the orange zone!!

The workouts have a common goal yet are set up in a way that every individual is able to work at their unique fitness level without feeling like they aren't able to keep up or are not being challenged enough. The hour passes quickly because of the variety of activities. It's just a fun way to get a fantastic workout!
