I've been gping since they opened. Best overall workout in one hour. I consistently burn 530-600 calories in an hour and feel great. The best part is that I am always sore because the workouts are always changing so my body doesn't get used to it.. Thanks OTF Littleton and all the awesome trainers!
I love the variety. I especially love it when there are different routines. Sometimes staying on the treadmill or rower for the whole long rotation gets monotonous. I prefer when there is something like a row/run. Or even when you get off the treadmill or rower to do some exercises.
I also especially like it when the instructors correct me on my form in the weight room. I notice a lot of people not doing the correct form and sometimes the instructor doesn't help them. Then I wonder how often I'm doing the wrong form and would want someone to correct me so that I get the best workout possible.
I like that they change the workout daily. And that you have a coach that helps you do the work out correctly and motivate you. I think that all of the trainers do a really good job. Big shout out to Shawna, Ali, Auburn, and Juan.they really keep me coming back.
