The atmosphere is inviting, and everyone encourages each other. The workouts are challenging but can be modified based on your fitness level. The coaches are knowledgeable and always listen to our concerns and suggest modifications.
I love that it’s a class, instead of figuring out a routine on my own. It’s also easy to get motivated since I know what to expect and the workouts are fun but also challenging. I’m going to OT in conjunction with another speciality fitness class, and OT classes work well together.
Having so many classes including virtual classes makes it much easier to go, and working around life and work.
The music is always good. The coaches are very knowledgeable, helpful and concerned each participant. The program is very successful if you're consistent.
OTF has been very effective at helping me lose weight after pregnancy and keep it off. I like that I can show up for a workout and not have to think too much/plan out what I'm doing.
The coaches are amazing! They push & motivate everyone & give you options w/ different exercises. OTF exercise equipments & their compound exercises (their programs) hit all aspect of strength & cardiovascular health. All you have to do is show up & put in the work!
I like not thinking about what I have to do. I just walk in and do it and it’s over with. I also like how it’s not just one workout, it mixes it up. If not I tend to get bored, doing the same thing over and over.
