Love your coaches — Chloe, Kelsey, Sara and Rachel are the ones I get to see most and they are the bomb dot com! Being here reminds me that I can have one hour of dedicated time to do something amazing for myself. And whether it’s the workweek or weekend, I am thankful for their encouragement and support. They push me beyond what I think may be possible.
I also find the front desk staff very friendly and kind. Overall, it’s a workout I wouldn’t be able to achieve on my own in a super friendly environment.
Its perfect for a typical individual who is not overly athletic or excessively fit, yet is conscious of their overall health and the importance of staying healthy. I like the balance of cardio and the floor.
Love the classes. The coaches and intensity are great.. I would like it more if floor sets focused a little more on upper body specifically chest. Maybe u could let us know what the focus is on certain days so we can target muscle groups that are important to us.
