Billy was great at making me feel welcome as a new client. He showed me the workout equipment privately before the class and answered my questions before class started. During the workout, he checked in regularly, helped me modify an exercise that wouldn't work based on prior injury, and he gave supportive feedback during the session. After the class, he went over my 'results' and gave me some recommendations for getting the most out of my exercise. Way to go, Billy--high fives all around!
The host was awesome and so personal! I can't believe how nice she was to me being a first timer! She even gave me suggestions on where to eat while in Portland, WOW!
The class was awesome, loved the way our instructor orchestrated the entire event. It was brilliant, I never found myself comparing my workout to others because I was too busy surviving!

They don't take much of your time, the coaches know your name and motivat you. You don't get the awkward gym vibe where you think everyone is watching you and you don't have to listen to any ones breathing because the music is so loud :)
I love the energy that the girls at the front desk give. The moment I walk in the door Tori, Kristen, and Jordan are always so excited and welcoming. It motivates me to get there in the morning and do a good job. Then class starts and the trainers help kick that excitement up a notch. Their electric attitudes throughout the class give me that extra charge I need at 6am to get meyself to the orange zone. Also, the fact that I can see which zone I'm in as I'm working is a fantastic tool to keep me accountable! Love, love, love Orange Theory!
If you do it right, it's going to be challenging no matter what your fitness level/background. I know how hard it can be for those people who aren't in shape and don't exercise regularly to start a new program, and I LOVE how welcoming and accessible Orangetheory is for everyone.
It is a total body workout. It is always different every day. There are class times to fit any schedule. Upbeat positive atmosphere. Guys any level of fitness. Quick and effective workout for a busy lifestyle.
There are so many aspects of the workout that are amazing, the environment, the quality of the coaches, the front staff attitude and enthusiasm to name just a few. If I had to pick one above all else it would be the results. I’ve been attending for about 10 months and have as much desire to keep coming as I did the first month. I’ve lost over 40 pounds and gained significant muscle, flexibility and endurance. I truly am in the best shape of my life and I owe it all to Orange/theory!
