I like that there was a variety of movements and exercises involved in the workout. I also liked having the band to show how intense my workouts were throughout the entire class.
The coaches are amazing and very encouraging. They also pay attention to your form...if you're not doing an exercise correctly, they let you know how to do it properly.

There’s no other workout that pushes me the way OTF does. I can’t argue with the HR zone- I’m either working hard enough or I’m not. It’s motivating to earn splat points, and leave knowingI worked hard for those 55 minutes.
I appreciate the variety- and the motivational coaching.
