I love the energy and the variety of workouts, but most importantly, I love that I don't have to think about working out. I just have to follow the instructions! No excuses, just get my butt there and work out!
Coach Alex, she is amazing, caring, and appreciate her skills in provide great in-depth health education to us. her encouragement (choice of words during workout) and support are always great! I love welcoming vibe and non-judgmental kind attitude from all Staff as well.
Time passed quickly with the three different groups. The music and the vibe were great. Generally I don't like working out in a gym, but it was fun and being able to see my stats made me feel accomplished!
Love the variety, the challenge, the heart rate monitors to see how you're working through the workout, the specialty workouts and the coaches. Makes working out fun and motivating!
I suck at pushing myself and holding myself accountable to doing the best I can. Y’all have a good recipe for getting the most out of an hour workout, and it’s really awesome when I travel you’re always close by.
