I'm in my late fifties and have moderately worked out my entire adult life. I usually alternated from strength days, lifting weights or circuit training and then switched to aerobic days such as running, hiking, stair master etc. I thought I was in decent all round shape for may age. In February of 2016 I tried OTF for a month and have never looked back! I love this workout because it's an all in one workout and only takes an hour out of my day. I work out 4-6 days per week and can honestly say I am in the best all round condition of my life. In just over a year I have lost 45 lbs of fat and gained 18 lbs of muscle. I now have more confidence than ever and have a goal to have a six pack by the end of the year! Stevie G
I love the focused intensity, and the strong communication by the instructors. I was starting to get injured from boxing and cross-fit as well. I feel I have found the perfect routine for me, with the right blend of cardio and strength regimen, without the radical risks of injuries that the other forms of exercise were doing to me (cross-fit & boxing). Glad I found you guys.
