I felt the exercises were totally doable! Yet I fel an immediate difference in tone and in energy post work out.

Great class and workout method! I hate cardio and find myself getting bored in most workout classes. I loved the tornado class I took. It kept me on my toes the whole time and wasn't dreading long periods of time on the treadmill and rower. It was great how you just did a little of everything. This class kicked my butt- in a good way!
The trainers are great! Ryan and Paula are my favorites! Routines are never the same.
I like the way you can choose an assigned rower or tread. Drove me crazy how people would obviously get upset that they couldn't save or insisted being next to a friend. No time for that!
I like the atmosphere....it's fun, energetic, can be competitive, and it's well organized. Great coaches are very important, and Los Gatos has many.
On the flip side, I find most of the workouts to be overly heavy on cardio (mostly treadmill and rower), with less time focused on strength with weights. I understand you need to cater to your clientele (which I assume is mostly female), but as a fit male I'm looking for strength training alternatives (and there are many "drop in" options in the California Bay Area.
