I love all of the coaches and head coach Danielle, and manager Sam, V too, in fact, the front desk staff are all great. I am also a fitness professional and I understand a lot about the workout. I think it is awesome and a great way to train. I love the variety of daily classes. I could be an Ambassador with the way I promote OT. I just can't promote in my workplace because obviously that would be a conflict of interest. I also don't agree with your calorie burn. I had my target zone done medically using spirometry. I know how many calories I burn per heart rate. If I multiply my average heart rate by the total minutes of class I burn at least 100 to 150 less than your monitor says. But, aside from that because I don't go to workout to burn calories generally speaking, I do it for metabolic and heart health so the calories don't mean a whole lot to me. But, you asked for feedback so I have delivered. The workouts are awesome and I am so grateful to have on in our town of Los Gatos.
I love the aspect of having a trainer; it makes working out easier because you don't have to plan out your own workout every day, instead, the trainers are there as a guide and support system. I also like working out in a group situation because it is more motivating to keep going. The workouts are very hard but I know they will get me my desired results.
Loved the variety of movements; the attention of the instruction for my first time; the quality of the equipment; the instruction I received in my welcome from the front desk; the cleanliness of the facility; the uniqueness of the theory; and how I felt afterwards! I could not have asked for a better first class!
