It is intentional and well-directed! Great coaching, class size and morale. Predictable yet varied. Effective and approachable. There is continuity between studios and you are not confined to one location. With a multitude of class times and sites, it’s impossible to make an excuse not to splat!
I always leave feeling like I gave it 100%!! It’s not intimidating like a traditional gym can be at times! The coaches are so supportive and encouraging and you feel like you’re part of a team! I joined in January and it has been life changing! I love that you get equal parts cardio and weight lifting, and the rower is a complete body workout that is also super fun!

There are many things to like about working out at Orangetheory. Walking through the door each day and being greeted by a smiling and helpful front desk sets the tone. The coaches are motivating and are concerned about proper form to maximize the workout and prevent injuries.
Working out with great people in the class sessions pushes me beyond what I’d ever do on my own!
Th push and encouragement from coaches and the real-time feedback of how hard I'm working from the heart rate monitor. I also really appreciate rowing as a routine. I really like being able to see my improvements and speed and distance on an everyday basis, but I also really like when we have benchmark workouts to monitor our progress.
