The trainer was very good. I think his name was Jordan. I do not enjoy running on a treadmill because all I have really ever done is just mindlessly log distance. the interval workout seems better for my fitness but also better for my brain
My workouts at OTF are the most fun, motivational and challenging workouts I have ever done. Thanks to the amazing coaches, I push myself farther than I think I can every single time and I leave the studio feeling so proud of myself.
Variety; the trainers push you but are also cognizant that everyone is at a different fitness level; I push myself much more at OT than if I were exercising on my own; I don't feel self conscious because there isn't time to worry about what is going around you and what everyone else is doing ; love it
