The group atmosphere helps push me to perform better, run a little faster, row a little harder than I could ever do working out by myself. The coaches always have an alternative floor exercise for me since I had back surgery.
I enjoy the structured classes and the schedule. Each day the classes are different which keeps the workouts interesting, and the trainers are great. They are willing to demonstrate and correct the forms of people who need help with the exercises.
The trainers/coaches are the best. They are very motivating and keep the workouts fun even though at times I feel like I am dying. I am 55 years old and was not in good shape at all when I started and my right knee is not always willing to perform certain exercises and because of this there are always alternatives that the trainers will suggest. In the 3 months that I have been attending Orange Theory I have lost 31 lbs. and I feel fantastic I have another 30 or so lbs. to lose and I have no doubt that I will do this with Orange Fitness.
We love love love OTF and the workouts we get to do there. This is absolutely the best place we have ever worked out and our health and fitness levels certainly show that. The trainers and staff make this place so much fun.
I wish the trainers paid a little more attention to our form, particularly on the floor exercises, to make sure we are doing things properly and safely.
