I like how the workouts are all challenging and are always different. I don't ever get bored with the workouts. I also like how my heart rate is monitored throughout the work out and am able to track my progress.
Orange Theory is an awesome environment! The instructors are super motivating and encourage you to push yourself. I walk out feeling like I had a great workout every single time. I love this place and would suggest everyone at least give it a try once, especially since your first visit is free!
I like that I don't have to think about what to do! The coach is there to instruct me and encourage me. I always leave feeling like I got a great workout and I leave with a sense of confidence in knowing I'm reaching my goals!
It keeps you going on, nobody talks because it is all about training session (not a social club) and I like that each one has a station to workout, trainers are there to teach you how to do each exercise every day, so being a new member does not make you feel awkward.
The workouts are different everyday and they ensure that you get a full body workout. I have noticed my strength increase and my running endurance increase as well. I love the trainers especially Maril. It's a great atmosphere to workout and for just an hour your getting a great quality workout.
