Great all-around workout. I am in charge of how hard I workout, without judgement from others, but some gentle nudging from the coaches. It's a very supportive atmosphere from the coaches to the other customers. Comfortable, clean, facility with up-to-date equipment.
The program helps keep me accountable. There’s no judgement from the coaches nor the other people. Coaches are great helping with foam and are encouraging.
Easy to follow, coaches and staff are kind and helpful, facility is clean and has enough space to move around. OT is the perfect type of gym and workout for me! They are a nice tidy 50-60 minutes, hit a multitude of muscle groups, a little cardio, HIIT, weights, core, balance all in a fun fast flow with fun music that you don’t have to think about. They push you more than you ever would on your own and when class is done you have about 12 minutes you can stay in the gym to stretch more before the next class starts which is what I need but then you have to leave which I also appreciate so that I don’t spend too long dragging out my workout. The other part I like is that they support you in honoring your commitment to exercise. You have to commit to the class ahead of time, show up, and be on time to class or there is a penalty. Accountability is key!
Really pleasant and engaged coaches that drive for performance but are not over-the-top about it. I get a great workout, usually 12-15 splat points and I do 4 workouts a week. I've had a lot of trouble sticking with a workout routine, but the OTF people help keep me engaged and motivated.
I've dropped weight, I have more stamina, I get less winded, I'm much stronger, I added muscle, and I feel better. What's not to like. All for 4 hours a week. It's a bargain.
I’m working different body parts I never have before. The trainers correct me if I’m doing the routine wrong and correct my form. I appreciate the motivation!
I like the treadmill portion a lot. The floor side it depends. I am still ramping up getting back to lifting but I don't always love the floor side. It would be great if certain days could be totally upper body focused and then others lower body and maybe 2 days be total body strength. Just a suggestion.
All in all I am really enjoying the class and being able to track my stats in class and after with the fitness tracker.
