The workouts are challenging and coaches are motivating without being pushy. I can modify to accommodate various injuries and coaches are very supportive. The variety in the workouts is great, too.
I like that I can come in, not plan anything, and I know I’m going to get a good workout. I’m not a very experienced “gym person” so I love that the coaches are always willing to help guide throughout the workout by prioritizing form and good workout hygiene. Additionally, I always leave feeling proud of myself because of the encouraging environment!
Everything. The community is my favorite aspect of OTF, but the workouts always challenge me and work different muscle groups. I’ve also greatly increased my endurance - OTF has opened doors for me that I NEVER would’ve imagined. I’m doing a half marathon in March, and I couldn’t run a mile before OTF. Love you guys.
The coaches are very motivating and the work out is challenging, which is what I was looking for. I love being able to track my data and progress through the app.
