I love that Orange Theory workouts are different every time. Doing the same stations can get old quick if variety isn’t thrown in and the workouts created are awesome! Plus the coaches are top notch! I love that I feel like I really know every coach well. And the front staff are always so awesome!
The coaches are like family and help me to get a good workout! I have a lot of issues so they make sure if I can’t do something they give me an alternative to do and everyone is so friendly and it makes for a fun and productive workout!
The positivity from the coaches! They craft great workouts and each coach has very unique playlists to their own personalities. The coaches really make each workout special. Coach Brian is the absolute best! I was so thrilled when he took on more classes!
Never the same work out twice. The workouts challenge me more than I would ever do on my own. It's like having a personal trainer without the cost. Orange Theory is a community of people from all walks of life that encourage each other to achieve fitness goals.
I love that you have a coach. They’re telling you the right way to lift weights without hurting yourself and plus the motivation. I’ve been going to Orangetheory fitness since 2019 and just simply love everything to workouts the coaches are the best.
I joined Orangetheory to maintain fitness levels following a demanding musical theatre show! While I work out at home frequently, Orangetheory has continued to challenge me and further prepare me for working through endurance peaks and valleys.
It’s a good flow throughout the class and I can move at my own pace. I love feeling like I got a great workout. I like the live heart rate tracking, the splat points concept, and the post workout data. It makes it very easy to know how you’re doing.
I really like how it’s stationed so not everyone is doing the same thing at 1 time. I think that’s what frustrated me at my last gym; the classes would be over booked and there wasn’t enough equipment to use because everyone did the same thing at the same time.
I love the screens during the floor section showing you what to do. The instructors talent with instructing multiple sections at one time is very impressive and they’re super nice and helpful. I think there are some good distractions in the class. There’s a lot happening which distracts me from how hard I’m actually working, which is a good thing - I don’t have time to think “I can’t do this, I’m tired, I can’t go on” it just makes me want to keep moving.
It was super challenging, but also totally doable! It made me feel powerful and I ended up burning so many more calories than normal that day! It was the perfect way to start my day! I’m so glad I decided to sign up for not only this class, but OrangeTheory as a whole! Best decision I’ve ever made!
