I like the variety of the work outs and the combination of strength and cardio. I have always done cardio but was never a fan of weights so this is a great way to be able to include strength training. The instructors are very motivating and are with you every step of the way to guide you through the workouts. I have always stayed away from group fitness but I am so glad I joined!
Very hospitable and friendly “front desk”, helpful and informative. Workout studio has good space to safely do plunks and pushups; when lifting weights, I have no fear of dropping weights on someone else’s foot.
And the best thing is my coach!! Coach Ronnie is a gem! Attentive, constructive, has excellent coaching skills, he pays attention to the correctness of your workouts to ensure great results. Come join this studio!
The workouts are rigorous and suitable for people of varying fitness levels. The coaches are knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The app is easy to use, except after updates, which always create problems.
I love my coaches. Coach Tim is always very encouraging. And he offers options that allow me to do an exercise without further injuring myself.The front desk staff is also top tier!
