I just show up and they tell me what to do.
It is a great way to develop strength, stability and performance.
Never a waste of time. Always a good workout everytime. I don't have to think or decide what to do. Coaches are motivating and supportive. Safe space to workout at your own level. Safety first - you don't get injured. not boring. They work hard being motivating and designing creative full body workouts for you (so you don't have to) they are pros who know their stuff. Nice an welcoming.
Every workout pushes you to make yourself stronger, lift heavier, push harder. Even on the days I want to dial things back the coaches help me to find ways to level up.

The coaches & the variety of workouts. The workouts are always a challenge & feel so rewarding when done! I would never accomplish what I do at Orange Theory on my own. Truly the best workout experience!
The fact that I don’t have to think about what workouts to do for best results is my favorite part of OT. I love how encouraging coaches are and look forward to signature workouts. Benchmark challenges are another amazing thing to notice how stronger you are getting year over year.
It’s an intense workout but there are modifications available if needed. Coaches are great and always willing to help. The range of class times makes it convenient to attend.
I love that even after 6 years the workouts still challenge me. The coaches are wonderful at suggesting modifications when dealing with injury or illness.
