I am ALWAYS challenged with well thought out workouts. There are so many benefits to Orange Theory: stronger cardio vascular, firm muscles, better balance, clearer mind, and just feeling good in my body!
I love the help I receive on my form! And yet we can still lift at our own pace.
I do wish the classes were smaller, with the floor workouts I have to sometimes wait for my neighbor to move so I can do my bench work.
I love the variety; you get something different every time without having to put time and energy into designing the workout yourself. I love the atmosphere. The vibe is positive and everyone is friendly but everyone is also focused on their own workout so it really feels like a judgment free zone. I appreciate the gentle redirection and positive reinforcement from the coaches. The playlists aren’t bad either!
I love the format, the equipment and but more importantly the coaches.
There is never a dull moment. There are many moments I think "Ugh... I don't think I can do this..." but I do it with guidance and coaching to push myself a little harder.
