I’m still fairly new as I have 15 classes under my belt, I like the variety of the workouts and that you’re able to scale it to however you’re feeling for that particular day. There’s a good mix of tread, row a d strength on the floor. Love the music that they play in the studios. It’s good energy. My friend/ neighbor has been going to OTF for 7 years and she mentioned it to me and I was hesitant at first as I don’t do cardio at all, but I’m a PW on the tread and am in love with OTF and addicted to the afterburn and just the energy high from going to class!!
What I liked about the workout best was that I could follow the group leader, and I liked keeping track with the heart rate monitor. Staff was very welcoming and friendly
I like the structure of the class and how you can go at your own pace but push yourself when you are ready. The coaches are very knowledgeable and answer all your questions.
Great workout. Makes you sweat and burn so many calories in short time period. I would say definitely more female orientated workouts. Unless a man wants to get leaner and lose weight. Which I love. I'm looking for exactly this!
I've been with an at-home fitness company for the last 10 years - I was ready for a change! This is a great change of pace, and exactly what my body needs to reach my goals. The workouts are a great variety of strength, cardio, and endurance, and I am so excited to see where OTF takes me!
OTF is the best workout ever! It’s different everyday and yet you’re comfortable with the familiarity of the equipment and coaches. It’s terrific always having a coach there to encourage and instruct. It’s a full body workout that addresses strength, flexibility and cardio fitness. I love Orangetheory!
I love that I do not have to think about what exercises I need to do in order to maximize my time at the gym. Orange Theory is a comfortable place to work out and the coaches are always motivating!
High energy! Also it has both an individual and a group feel to it, which is really great. It's timed, programmed, coached, and monitored -- all around a great experience!
It is very engaging and holistic. I like the science behind it. And being guided along the way is helpful b/c sometimes routines can get routine, and too comfortable, so this mixes it up well!
