Love the coaches, the mix of cardio and weights, love the music, awesome kind receptionists, the challenges, and the other participants. Great people and fantastic workouts that really push you.
The best part of Orangetheory is knowing that when you walk into the door you can shut your brain off and just sweat! The workout is already planned and all you have to do is show up and do your best and what makes these workouts even better is seeing the changes and being stronger than before.
I like that I don’t have to think or motivate myself to go to class. All I have to do is book the class and then turn my brain off and do whatever coach says. I also like the challenges that come every few months; it’s motivating to see and track my progress.
