I like that there is a combination of instruction and motivation in the OTF workout program. The trainer walks around, monitors and checks in with each individual to assess posture and ensure a safe workout. If your posture is wrong, trainer will help correct it to maximize the exercise's benefit. I enjoy that it is not boring. You rotate between stations and the onscreen workouts are always different. It keeps me engaged and excited about my workout. I burn calories like nowhere else. When I workout alone, I might burn 100 - 200 calories in a workout. After a 45 minutes workout at OTF, I burn anywhere between 400 and 600 calories. That makes me feel accomplished!
I enjoy working out with others at all levels. The coaches are great, helpful, and inspiring. The concept of a new workout each day is great, always hitting different muscles. I never thought I could do the class when I tried it for the first time, and now I love going 3-4 times a week and am doing it all, feeling great about myself. I look forward to seeing my results in the next few months.
