It was my first time at OFF, and I loved it. Coach Kelly was awesome, she pushed everyone and always made sure I was okay. I love knowing when I'm going in, it's something new but I have a coach to tell me what to do. OTF is awesome and I look forward to meeting my goals
I loved how the whole workout kept me on my toes and we were always doing something new. I'd never done a workout with a rower, so I also enjoyed trying that out for the first time. One of my favorite parts, though, was having a consistent reminder as to what you're supposed to be doing whether that be the television animation for the weights or the trainer encouraging you along the way. Can't wait to go back!
