I love I don't have to think about anything but doing! I love the immediate feedback. I love the variety and using big muscle groups. I feel good afterward and it seems to go really fast. Love that too
Kelly is a great coach. She modified exercises to give me a good workout but accommodate my knee issues. The facility is very modern. I like that I can see my heart rate & know what zone I'm in as I work out on the strider & rower.
I enjoy the variety of all the classes and as of late combination type classes. For example strength and endurance in one class. I really enjoy the partner workouts and the 3G partner workouts. Very motivating!
The workouts are challenging. The coaches are motivating and encouraging. I love the variety of the exercises and the fact that you will never do the same workout twice at OTF. I have learned what a real full body workout feels like!
