Love how it’s motivating and I do cardio and weights. Would love to just do a little more a work in weight room. Otherwise love how I can see when I’m in the orange for motivation as well!

I started orange Theory about a year ago and its one of the best workouts you can find. The reception area of the Massapequa Park facility is terrific they make you feel so welcome, and the coaches are the best. They get you so motivated. I'm 66 years old and when I leave there I feel so great about myself. Me and my Daughter go once or twice per week. Real game changer. Vinny L
