Orange Theory workouts push me to do things I would never do on my own and the OTF community keeps me coming back. I've been doing this for nearly 6 years and it is such an important part of maintaining both my physical and mental health!
There best part of Orangetheory is the people. The coaches are helpful and friendly. I like the variety of workouts and the convenience of not having to plan my own workout.
Trainers are motivating, workouts are challenging but also fun. The people that are working out with you are supportive and friendly. I look forward to working out!
OTF is the best! Its everything I need packed into an hour where I don't have to think and just be told what to do. All the coaches are amazing and willing to talk through and help you out when needed. Its like having a personal trainer at your finger tips with the rest of class being your own personal cheerleaders!!
I like that at Orange Theory you don’t feel judged and everyone is nice. Working at your own pace but still being pushed to get the most out of your hour.
There are many things I like about Orange workouts. The front desk people are friendly and they remember my name. Classes start and end on time. The room temp is always just right --cold enough to keep me comfortable. The equipment is clean and in top shape. Trainers are approachable and helpful with distinctly different styles but all follow a similar language that encourage and push me to new levels. The music! The music is pumping which I like because music entices me to move and pushes me to do more. Lastly, on the days when Im dragging, I'll read the motivational words above the treadmills and I always find what I need to get over the hump and keep going. Sweat now; glow later.
I love my OTF people. The coaches and the community. I love that everyday is something different so I never get bored! I can just show up and get a quality workout in 60 minutes!
