I completely love OTF, especially this location, I have worked out at a number of your locations and this is by far the best spot.The staff is attentive, professional. The studio is immaculate. The front desk staff are friendly and responsive to emails. The trainers are encouraging, and provide helpful instruction.

What I like about your workouts for one: the coaches in Melville are motivating. I like the different workouts on a daily bases it's never repeative. Being able to monitor my workouts results through a heart monitor.
