1. I like that the workout is organized for me. I don't have to think about what to do. I Know it's HIIT and that will get me the best results. 2. The trainers, especially Stephanie Russo at Melville, are knowledgeable attentive and enthusiastic about what they do. 3. I love the music. 4. And its only an hour, it gets the job done!!

I like that it keeps me engaged since it isn't 60 minutes of the same thing and that there is intensity and pace to it. I like that it incorporates my favorite workout, running. I like that it is sort of a team environment because of the smaller size and the coach/trainer. I like this aspect because it is motivating, but at the same time you can also go at your own pace, so you don't feel held back by others and also don't feel like you are holding anyone else. I like that the weight section has the workout on the monitor to help remind you of the move, proper form and number of reps.
