The workouts are different than any I have done before. I love how there's a combo of treadmill, rowing, and floor/weights. I leave feeling so accomplished and knowing I had an amazing and well rounded workout. I also love the numbers part of it and find it very motivating. By being able to see what zone i am in/heart rate and how many calories I have burned, I am able to push myself much harder than what I would ever do on my own.
