It is a high-energy environment that is both motivating and fun! I loved the mix of cardio and strength, as well as the attentiveness of the coach in session. The music was great and kept the energy in the room high.
I love the push I get in the class by the intervals and the instructors. I love watching my heart rate and trying to see how many splat points and calories I can burn in the class time. Music is great. Time flies by!
I need to do low-ish impact and not 100 reps of things because of lower back issues. OT works for me because I can make the cardio hard enough by cranking up the incline and mostly walking and because the strength reps are always pretty low which doesn't kill my back. Thanks for making me feel like an athlete again!
