I love the variety of exercises. The interval training combined with the strength training make it a complete and challenging work out in just one hour! I also like the music and the motivation of the instructor.
I like that each workout is slightly different and that each participate can decide how hard he or she wants to work. And on those days that I don't feel like trying hard, certain coaches will be there to encourage me to push harder, lift heavier, and keep those watts up on the rower! I ALWAYS feel better after a workout- thanks OTF!
