When I joined other gyms previous, I never stuck to it, I'm a TERRIBLE self motivator and I really didn't know what kind of workouts to be doing to get the most out of my time.
I like Orange Theory because the classes are already created, and I know I'm getting a great workout, I can work at my own pace, and the instructor is there for questions and all around to be motivating for me.
I like the variety of exercises in each 55 minute class that push you to workout at a high intensity level. The instructors are all motivating and well trained on leading the group with the treadmill, rowing and floor exercises. I always leave class knowing that I have pushed myself to do the best I can. The studio is clean and organized and all of the TVs clearly show you the floor exercises and your splat points so you can monitor your own workout. It is nice to work cardio and strength in an hour class.
