Prior to Orange Theory, I did CrossFit and power/Olympic weightlifting. I would recommend orange theory because unlike those sports, I feel it is much more low impact on my joints, and I am still able to get a killer work out!
I love that the workouts are different every day, never predictable. The coaches are sincere in their energy and support. The music is loud with a great beat. I definitely feel encouraged to push myself each time, even if I walk in feeling tired. Something happens, I walk in and all of a sudden my energy arrives to give my best. I am very grateful to the cool coaches, support at the front and to the other nice members. I have not had fun exercising like this in a very long time.
