I like that i can see the results on the screen. It makes me want to work harder. And ally was great, she saw that what i was doing was too easy for me so she helped me make it challenging.
I love the upbeat energy that motivates you to push hard. A great way to make a workout fun. Interval training definitely has helped me keep off my weight and increase my cardio endurance.
I like the variety of workouts. I have really enjoyed the Strength 50 and Tread 50 classes, plus all the challenges, theme workouts and the comradery of members.
Great facility and circuit training program, coaches are awesome! The OT program helps me have a more deliberate and focused exercise workout, at my pace. Definitely recommend to all skill levels! Jim K
I like intense training and every class has a different workout.

I love different workouts. I do weight training every day and my personal trainer changes the training every 20 days.
