From the fun coaches, who push me to work hard and not quit. To the friends / other members I have made at the studio over the years. Love that I can show up and even if my mind is totally full of work/home problems, I don't need to think about what I need to do, in order to get in a strong workout that day. One of the worst days of my life was having to quit for almost a year, after needing a herniated disk surgery. So glad to be back the last few months and getting stronger every week.
The trainer Kirsten! She is so amazing! Was very enthusiastic, motivating and fun!!! It was my first class and she took all the fear and intimidation I had away!
The group setting is everything! Everybody is so friendly and knowledgeable. The workout is DEFINITELY a workout. But you know you're doing all the things right because of that coach helping you out.
Today is as mine and my wife’s first time today
Our instructor was amazing, very supportive and helpful.
Never thought our first day would be so fun!!!
When you leave you know you just worked out. Left for a year to do F45 after knee surgery and some classes you barely broke a sweat. Coaches Josh, Veronica and Crystal are some of the best coaches I have had in my 5 years at Orange. You can tell they truly care and correct when doing exercises. Only issue is same treads consistently are broken down and when classes are full becomes an issue.
I like working out at Orange Theory because I don't have to think about what to do. The workouts are pre-set and the coach tells me what to do. The workouts vary each time which keeps it from getting boring. The coaches are encouraging, helpful, and non-threatening.
I love the coaches, they are really positive and motivating. I like the studio, it's run well and the people who work there are lovely. I wish there was less rock and more rap and hip hop music as that really deep pumping bass gets me running faster. But understand the need to please different musical tastes.
I also like the equipment and feel like everything is super clean.
