I like the personal challenge of the workouts. Their is a consistancy in the types of activities-the treadmill improvement is great to see. The weights are also very helpful as I have weaknesses in certain areas and am seeing strengthening improvement. It's great for feeling a sense of accomplishment.
I love OTF! It's a lot of hard work, but so worth it. The great coaches and welcoming atmosphere have given me the drive to educate myself and succeed in my plans to lose weight. I have been a member for about 10 months now and have lost 45 pounds -- something I never thought I could do! The proof is there, OTF works!
