I appreciate Roman as an instructor because he is motivating! I also appreciate his stretching routines at the end of the workout. He is the most thorough and sometimes we forget how important that is for recovery.
The trainers are great! They are all so positive and do a terrific job of monitoring form and providing encouragement to do your best.
I also like the format of the workouts- I get in weight training and cardio in the one hour class. While it is challenging getting through the workouts, I’m always glad I made the choice to come and workout :)
I love Alli and Dana Park because it feels like home. When I arrive Anissa, Ashleigh or Kate greet me right away. The are very warm and friendly. The trainers I have are amazing! Elza, Lori and Alex all have a different personality and different music which I love! They all bring their special flare to the workout. The workout is different every day and makes me feel good upon completion. It is really about the genuine connection and spark each of these people gives that makes me come back.
