Starting to work out at Orange Theory was the best decision I made 7 years ago!
The coaches are great, the workout is great and the people you meet along the way are supportive and amazing.
You should definitely check it out if you’re searching for a new gym.
I love that each class you get a different workout routine so it stays fresh! The coach is there to correct my form to make sure I’m working the muscles correctly without injury. I look forward to coming in every week and getting a good burn!
The coaches are so motivational, pushing me as needed. I like the workouts. They really push me and I do more than I thought possible. I like the use of heart rate monitors to achieve splat points. I like the overall atmosphere of low lighting, cool temps, and good music. The equipment is kept in working order. I like the accountability by booking ahead.
I love that it’s a well rounded workout that addresses cardio and strength training. The format is consistent but it’s still a different type of workout every time that I haven’t gotten bored of it. And I love the accountability and comaraderie of a group class, especially the early birds!
Being in a group workout is the best part! Do what you can but also hold yourself accountable and try to do more!

I enjoy coming to class and the coaches are always so kind and in a good mood. Everyone is so kind and friendly it’s hard not to fall in love with OTF Mesquite.
I love the variety of workouts to great music, the enthusiasm of the coaches, and the encouraging atmosphere from all the people in class. It helps keep you going for 1 more rep and to keep up that all out speed even if you want to give up and feel like you can’t go on anymore.
